from 569 reviewsVery well made trousers that are extremely comfortable on the bike and can be worn all day as 'normal trousers'. A great relief to find something that is cycling specific that looks so good off the bike. Pockets are good, stitching is good and just the right amount of stretch.
This is a really premium feeling garment that will continue to feel great for years to come. I had another one in grey and decided to add this second colour as it had become a staple. It's really soft, comfy and just the right amount of stretch. It looks really smart too, good enough to pair with a blazer if you want to dress it up but casual stylings if you want to dress it down.
The only (minor) gripe I'd observe is the zip: on this new one it's a little stiff, and needs to be done up gently and with patience. I hope it smooths out with use. The zip on my previous one didn't last well; the leather tie came off the first time I put it in the wash. But the underlying zip works fine and its travel is great.
Overall I strongly recommend this garment and hope Vulpine continue to make these for years to come.
They are good trousers well fitted and with all the things you need for cycling
I bought a jacket many years ago and still like new
I bought gravel trousers and really good quality and size qood
Mens Merino Long Sleeve Crew (Classic Navy)
Really nice item would benefit from a better quality zip and removable hood
This is my second Mac. Wore the other to death. Use for business and leisure, smart and casual.
Love the comfort of the jacket and utility. Never liked the blue one from the images but really good in real life. The Mac fits slightly tight but that's because I don't like baggy gear and sized down. If I could pick fault I'd want a zipper front pocket for security reasons (although magnets work fairly well) and a bigger inside pocket to fit a mobile.
Beautiful dark denim, very soft and comfortable, and perfectly adapted for cycling. I needed something that could be worn off the bike as well and these are perfect. I'd just watch the sizing: intended to be slim, these can be a bit tight around the thighs and knees. I ended up going for a size L rather than my default (M). The legs are a fixed length, so I was able to size up without having to have them shortened.
A nice straightforward cycling jacket, smart looking and well thought out. The fit is not too baggy, almost snug, but with enough room to hold keys and a phone in the pockets. It doesn’t feel like you’re wearing a parachute, which is a problem with a lot of waterproof jackets. Tested in the recent Storm Amy, so it certainly is waterproof. The shoulder vents are a nice touch, and the breathability is good.
So far, this has been great. Bought a large to fit over work clothes and it’s a smart fit. It’s very comfortable and not too rustly or sweaty. It’s fairly visible but it would be even better in a luminous fabric for dark, wet, winter commuting.
Well fitting, comfortable and versatile shorts
Yes, Great Trousers and all natural cotton material making them superb.
They’re comfortable, well made,

This jacket is a masterpiece of cycle commuting/office crossover design. I wear 34 inch waist trousers, 6' tall, 42" chest, long arms and ride a Brompton. The size large is perfect. High quality construction and the fabric feels bombproof. Not yet worn in the rain. No overheating either as the 2 way zip and button front provide plenty of ventilation. Only gripe is the inside pocket which might just about fit a Nokia 6210 through the zip. Otherwise, well done Vulpine.
